Liliki currently aims to do this through sharing uplifting messages on social media, loving/affirming apparel, and self love resources. Through these things Liliki hopes to be a safe space that reminds people they are loved and never alone in what they experience.

It takes you on a journey of uncovering the feelings, beliefs, actions, and choices that make you feel unloved, uncomfortable, and unsafe in your mind and body, and of starting to nourish new practices and beliefs that encourage you to feel otherwise through shifting the way you perceive yourself, treating yourself with compassion, love, and kindness, showing yourself forgiveness, being intentional about caring for yourself, and more.
