Shipping
Our inventory consists of items that are ready to order as well as items that are created based on demand. If your order is coming from our in house inventory, it will be shipped within 1-4 business days (this timing may vary during busier times). Orders that are not coming from our in house inventory may take a few weeks longer to be shipped. Your patience during these times is greatly appreciated!

Email Communication + Tracking
You will receive an email confirming your order upon placing it. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that you will not receive an email to track your shipped package if your order consists solely of a sticker. You will, however, be informed on when your order has been shipped.

Orders placed with incorrect delivery address or other personalized information (However, if you realize you have put in the wrong information before your order has been shipped, there is still a chance that we may be able to change your information. In this case, email livelifekindli@gmail.com with the correct information as soon as possible.)
Lost, damaged, or stolen packages - please contact the USPS if you have sufficient reasons to believe your package has been lost by them. You can file a claim here.
